Product Overview
This production line is a newly developed high-speed, water-cooled corrugated pipe manufacturing system, independently designed by our company based on advanced international technology. It uses polypropylene (PP), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and other thermoplastic materials to produce both single-wall and double-wall corrugated pipes.
Featuring a unique structural design, the finished pipes are lightweight yet offer excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and outstanding performance under both low and high temperature conditions. As a result, they are widely applied in urban drainage and water supply systems, underground seepage and drainage projects, building water supply and drainage, PEF applications, wire and cable protection, bridge steel cable sheathing, and agricultural irrigation systems.

Production Line Configuration
A. Extruder System
Single-Screw Extruder: With a simple structure, easy maintenance, and cost-effectiveness, it is suitable for medium and small-scale production.
Twin-Screw Extruder (Optional): Offers superior plasticizing and mixing performance, making it ideal for high-output production and complex material formulations.
B. Corrugation Forming Machine
High-precision modular forming technology ensures uniform corrugation. Vacuum calibration system guarantees optimal pipe wall formation. Optimized track design enhances equipment longevity and reduces maintenance.
C. Cooling System
Water/Air Hybrid Cooling: Water cooling for rapid temperature reduction and air cooling for energy efficiency. Advanced heat exchange design ensures uniform cooling without deformation.
D. Cutting System
Planetary Cutter: Servo-controlled precision cutting with adjustable lengths and clean edges.
Fully Automatic Cutter (Optional): Intelligent operation with automatic counting.
E. Control System
PLC + HMI touchscreen interface for real-time monitoring. Intelligent parameter adjustment ensures stable production quality. Data logging for production management and quality traceability.
